I have a poster session at AERA http://www.aera.net/ on Monday, April 11. This paper explores design characteristics of Monte Carlo studies to include key simulation conditions as a part of the simulation design. The main advantage, it is argued, of this approach is a gain in generalizeability while still maintaining strong internal validity.
